Ok Ive seen this done loads and seems a very basic move but I can't figure out if theres a simple trick to it. Bare with me its hard to explain.
If your holding the bottle (regular grip I think) then use your fingers to flip the base of the bottle towards you so it spins in front of you to be caught (reg. or reverse)
its usually alternated with a spin with the base moving away from you.
It could even be a reverse palm spin with the palm being vertical, not sure??
Any help or advice welcome??

Do you mean a thumb roll. Where the bottle kind of rolls head first over your thumb (hence the name ). I'm sure there's a video on here of it being demonstrated. Rick.

similar process to the thumb roll, but rather than than spinning the bottle towards you and around the thumb you are spinning the bottle away from you and around the index finger catching the bottle at 270 degrees and turning the hand to complete the 360! (does that make any sense???)
I do this a lot, not too good with much liquid in the bottle as it will spill straight out, I call it a forward finger roll!
Cheers
