Ive just started a new job in a new bar which is flair friendly, only problem is that the ceiling is really low so you really have to do the moves tight, my manager flairs too which is cool, we sometimes get a bit of tandem thing going when its quiet!
That in mind tho, the bar is tiny and between 7.30-11 the place is packed and its hard enough to move with 3 bartenders in a space the size of 3 matchboxes! ;D

hey there fella, where abouts in derbyshire are you from and where do you work.
Shakers is in Ilkeston, feel free to pop over anytime and introduce yourself, you prob not see much flair there as there is a severe lack of space (as you will see).
Maybe you want to get together and throw some bottles at some point if you are local!
