Where I work, we are required to flair, which is cool. We have at least one comp per year, which we all have to participate in. Part of the training for new bartenders is basic flair. We had a new guy a couple years ago who was flippin the flair bottle around and missed a catch, shattering the Micro screen. $750 later, management was pretty upset with him, but he couldn't get in any real trouble, because they tell us to do it. Although he was fired shortly after for something trivial.... ;D
Cheers.

Hello! My name is Valerie Alba and I also work for TGIFriday's (in Georgia). We just had our bar championships last week and I won for the first time. I was wondering, since you've probably seen a few of these, if you had any shot tricks. Last year I did a tower of martini glasses with the top one full of cherries and rocks glasses at the bottom while the liquor pours over the tower into the glass. I've used a few other, but I'm running out of ideas. I have to go to the regional level in 2 1/2 weeks and I want something new. I can't seem to find what I'm lookin for on the internet so I thought I'd ask. I'd be willing to trade tricks and maybe show you some things you haven't seen. If you can help me, please e-mail me at valba22@hotmail.com. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from you!

Cheers. Todd
