Firstly if you want to continue to flair, drop the fire flair its far too dangerous, there has been a few bad press reports over the past few weeks of bartenders harming customers accidently!
Be good at you flair, dont be a show off, show your bosses that flair can be productive and increase speed behind the bar too! then show how entrtaining it can be for the customers and how that can increase sales!
maybe they will let you keep the flair!

lol. yeah ive laid off the fire flair after one of the staff im in charge of (he can flair to a reeasonable level) tried copying me and it just got too dangerous. problem was i couldnt tell him not to do it and carry on doing it myself. plus the flair seems to have taken of ass were now incorperating a flair training programme for staff who are interested in learning. im tryin to keep it all away from gettin too close exhibition flair and just more quick working flair routines, so in the end the drrink is made, but with an elemnt of extra style attached to it
