Okay, here we go, any advice or tips or doing the behind the back catch? Eager to learn this one. Also just in general tips on catching with the tin? If you use glass, wont it break upon landing once in awhile? Thanks everyone.

Behind the back catches are easy once you've figured them out. I'm going to assume you're righty here...
Stand with your right foot about6 inches forward of your left. Now place the thumb of your left hand against the small of your back with the palm facing upward. Turn your shoulders to the left without moving your feet. Now simply throw the bottle straight up and let it fall into your hand.

practice with catching in your hand first. once you land this smoothly everytime (controlling the rotation ofthe bottle) without moving your catching hand you can progress onto the tin. just make sure the bottle is falling straight rather than on a rotation or angle
