Well ill start the ball rollin', i currently work a bar in asports complex, not the most flair friendly bar on the planet (all bottles on optics and bar cluttered with beer pumps) but stil enables me to flair with tins and cordial bottles and such! Just landed myself a job in a high volume 'trendy' bar which is the complete opposite of my other job, freepouring, cocktails and a clear bar with only 2 beer pumps!

sounds good, i work in a bar in liverpool city centre. mutton dressed as lamb is the best way to describe it, lol, were supposed to be a classy bar/club, but after 7 every night we serve all our drinks in plastic cups, were not allowed to flair or free pour our cocktails, an the ingredients we use! my god theyre terrible, lol, have you heard of tolstoy? its like £6 a bottle in my local asda, an thats what we put in all of our cocktails! our premium spirits include: gordons, polstar black (upgraded from red), martell, southern comfort, JD, archers, malibu etc, things i wouldnt call premium. i could go on for hours saying how bad this place is, but its always rammed at the bar most nights, the locals love it. a usual friday night sees a 6man deep bar. i wanna work in the living room! or anywhere that will let me flair

ignore my last post as from the week after next ill be a bar manager in another club in liverpool, way better an basically is what it trys to be, better music an a way more fun atmosphere. only thing is they dont allow flairing, so i might just perfect my stuff at home an then when i have good enough experience ill apply somewhere that does allow it
