Hey there I'm always getting that oh so common request for "something different" or "something strong" you know the ideal request that lets your creative side take over.... sometimes I make a classic (say a maitai) and simply rename it for the guest. "This is a new drink I call it Carey's Fling" I just fill in guest's name. This is a definite tip increaser btw! But on some rare occassions I have actually come up with some original concoctions that are also quite tasty. How about you? My most recognized was featured on Ms.Charming's website in feb. 2005 Savory Woolgather Potion I have also made others like Badrass, Madras with Teq. instead of Vod. Kiana's Porch Slammer, Alabama Slammer with Pineapple instead of Amaretto etc... So please share what have you've come up with?

Love you Berry Much 3 strawberrys quartered 5 rasberiies squeeze of lime juice 1 1/2 Bombay Sapphire Gin ½ Joseph Cartron Fraise de bois 2 Cranberry Juice muddle the strawberries and raspberries in the bottom of a mixing glass Add the rest of the ingredients with cubed iced Place a few raspberries and quartered strawberries into a sugar rimmed Collins glass with crushed iced Shake the mixture and pour over the shaved ice in the glass. Add a strawberry onto the side of the glass to finish Note – I haven’t tried it but you could substitute the Cartron Fraise de Bois for another strawberry liquor (non-creamy).
