Just learned the helicoptoer Right to Right behind back. It took a while and a lot of bending down to pick up the bottle. Plus the shoulder was not used to twisting like that but I got it. I can do a doubble spin for for speed pourposes I want to do just a singe rotation but can not seen to get the right power behind it. Keep working i guess. "Flairtenders do it with style"

"Flairtenders do it with style" hi Antonio, well done for landing a job at Harrah's, I've been to Carnival court many times and actually met the F&B manager for Harrah's Las Vegas. I was just rereading your post, and have to say that for such an early stage, its incredible that you can do a helicopter right to right behind the back - I've never even thought of that move - unless you mean helicoptering from behind the back under your left to the front. But either way - still a good move for such an early stage. Keep it up D

bioth would be great, im not allowed to flair in my bar, when i say that im not allowed to let go of the bottle, if you get me. there is one pour i would like to learn, i dont know whats its called, but its like they twist an snap the bottle down, ive been practising but i can never get the liquid stream to stop, and end up wasting alot of product

I think you mean the aggressive cut, basically you swipe the bottle down using the momentum to stop the flow of liquid.
Its basically a swinging motion. I started out using a reverse grip then switched to regular grip when I could cut spill free.
Hate to say but there's not short Cut to this move its all about practice.

I'd like to see some more true working flair tricks in video form. I pretty much stick to tin palmspins and catching behind the back cos thats the safest things in a bar that hasent too much room to flair. Ice throws to tincatch behind the back i do and some ice in the glass also but need some more tricks.

Practice capturing garnishes, ice, and other crap. Make your whole drink in the tin, pour it, then toss the garnish around the back and capture it.
