It's a bump....when you throw over shoulder and quickly bring your arm up to bump it up with the bottom of the forearm. Hurts like hell to practice and I wanna know if I'm doin it right.
Cheers.

I cant do this either, but what i have been practicing is a similar move but instead of bumping it with the bottom of the forearm, bump it with the heel/palm of your hand!
You should be able to hit it into another spin to catch it on a stall or in a tin!
Give it a go

just a tip for learning forarm bumps, try to use a weighted tin. It teaches balance and eye/motion cordination for the brain, than move on up the bottle, use a wide based bottle than work to a smaller based. The lightness of the tin at first will develop speed, you will see the weight of the bottle develop faster for you now have the speed. Continuous 360's on your forearm with the tin are really flashy, though Rodrigo's delpeches 70+ forearm bumps still amaze me.

I cant really bump anyways, prob 3-4-5 max on a good day, the best tricks are the single bumps to stall (hand, Elbow, forearm etc!) there are a few moves on site in the 'demo section of me performinga few bump moves! Cheers Russ

Hammo... Bumps are a lot like stalls its something that comes with practise and timing.. You have to watch the bottle turning.
