I saw it on the food network when they covered Legends and I saw this chick (don't know her name) with great style, kind of whimsicle, any way she did this thing where she has a bottle and a tin and kind of twirls them and her arms kind of wind around eachother. It reminds me of the goth dance style. Siouxsie did it a lot. I can't remember how she (flairtender not Siouxsie) did it. I think you kind of reverse grip the neck spout up with rt hnd and hold to the high lft then rotate one and a half turns into tin (held by lft hnd) untwist your wrist grab bottle again and rotate out of it? Is this right? It seems pretty basic no tossing or anything does anyone else know what I'm talking about? and am I doing it?

I think you're talking about the cheesy flairtender pour.
reverse grip the neck of a bottle with your right
reverse grip the tin with your left.
the top of your fingers will becacing each other.
Now out your right hand under left and rotate the bottle to pour into the tin.
You can spice it up by flipping the tin so you catch it with a reverse grip.

Actually I think it was Erin Connelly and hey so what if it's cheesy I like it and it's no toss, which equals they'll let me do it at my bar...Speaking of which any other NO-TOSS-MOVES you'd suggest?

Sorry for the late reply. No-Toss Moves - there are tons. Flair isn't only about flippin bottles, but think about simple moves like swings (or buckets as some people cal them) where you take a full drink or tin and circle it upside down and keep the liquid in it. Also learning different ways to pour is great. Nice cuts and pours are very stylish and attract as much attention as other moves. D
