Now i have no idea what the move is called but its like where the bottle seems to be constantly spinning(Vertically) in the bartenders hand. Whilst its held by the neck. Seems to be a very simple wrist movement but I'll be buggered if i can figure it out.

You sure... To me its more of a way the drummer would rotate his sticks constantly in his hand... That doesnt seem like a thumb roll. I knew my explanation of it would be rubbish.

Ahhh its a wrist rotation.
Basically hold the bottle reverse grip and as you rotate the bottle around the back of your wrist open out your hand. done quickly and smoothly it looks really swish.
will try to get a short vid posted asap
Cheers, Rob.

I'll get out the camera and get it sorted in the next hour or so.
